We are excited to announce the launch of The Black Coffee Community Empowerment & Economic Development (CEED) Foundation. The establishment of this non-profit organization will significantly enhance our impact in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Financial Freedom, and Community Empowerment.
THE BLACK COFFEE CEED FOUNDATION IS A TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION (PENDING), AS DEFINED BY SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THIS MEANS THAT WE WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CODE SECTION 170. THEREFORE, YOUR DONATION TO THE BLACK COFFEE CEED FOUNDATION WILL BE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
